2. MISS WORLD NIGERIA – TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CONTESTANTS
By registering, you agree to the following:
2.1 Eligibility
Applicants must:

Be Nigerian by birth or naturalization
-
Be 18–26 years old at the time of registration
-
Be single and have no children
-
Be of good health and character
-
Agree to abide by all rules of Miss World Nigeria
-
Any individual who has previously held a national title under any Silverbird Group–licensed pageant, including Miss World Nigeria, Mr. World Nigeria, Miss Universe Nigeria, Miss Supranational Nigeria, or Mr. Supranational Nigeria, and has represented Nigeria at a global competition, is not eligible to re-compete in any other Silverbird Group–licensed pageant in the future.
i.e. Past national titleholders of any Silverbird Group–licensed pageant are ineligible to apply for or compete in any other Silverbird pageant again.
2.2 Non-Refund Policy
All payments made for registration and participation are strictly non-refundable.
This includes but is not limited to:

Registration fees
-
Application form fees
-
Engagement fees
-
Camp participation fees
-
Photo shoot fees
-
Accommodation fees
-
Media and production fees
-
Withdrawal for ANY reason including:

Health issues
-
Family emergencies
-
Disqualification
-
Visa issues
-
Change of mind
-
Once payment is made, NO REFUND will be processed under any circumstances.
2.3 Engagement Fee (Mandatory)
All delegates are required to pay an Engagement Fee of #100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Naira Only) once selected.
This fee covers:

Official photo shoots and video shoots
-
Hotel accommodation during camp
-
Feeding and amenities
-
Training and mentoring sessions
-
Transportation (where applicable)
-
Media tours and interviews
-
Contestant-focused content creation and distribution
Failure to pay the engagement fee may lead to automatic disqualification.
2.4 Code of Conduct
Contestants MUST:

Behave professionally and respectfully at all times
-
Not defame the organisation, directors, sponsors or other contestants
-
Not share internal or private information
-
Not engage in criminal, unethical or immoral acts
-
Represent the Miss World Nigeria brand with dignity
Breaking any rule may result in immediate dismissal without refund.
2.5 Disqualification Rights
Miss World Nigeria reserves the right to:

Disqualify any contestant without explanation
-
Replace any contestant
-
Modify rules as deemed necessary
-
Reassign titles if misconduct is discovered after crowning
All decisions by Miss World Nigeria are FINAL and not subject to appeal.

3. TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR AFFILIATES / PROMOTERS
(For those using the Miss World Nigeria platform to promote and earn commission)
3.1 Role of an Affiliate
An Affiliate is authorised to:

Promote Miss World Nigeria ethically and accurately
-
Share only approved and official materials
-
Refer participants to the official registration platform
-
Earn commission on confirmed and verified referrals
3.2 Commission Structure
-
Affiliates earn 30 percent commission on every successful, confirmed registration they refer.
-
Commissions are paid only after full payment from the referred contestant is confirmed and validated.
-
Miss World Nigeria reserves the right to review, verify, or reject invalid, duplicate, or fraudulent referrals.
3.3 Ethical Standards
Affiliates MUST:
-
Promote the Miss World Nigeria brand positively and truthfully
-
Not make false promises, misleading statements, or unapproved claims
-
Not misrepresent the prizes, process, or authority of Miss World Nigeria
-
Not harass, pressure, or abuse potential contestants or partners
-
Use only official logos, graphics, links, and copy provided or approved by Miss World Nigeria
3.4 Termination Rights
Miss World Nigeria reserves the right to:
-
Terminate any Affiliate’s participation in the program immediately and without prior notice
-
Withhold or cancel commissions in cases of policy violations, fraud, abuse, or misrepresentation
-
Disable tracking links and revoke promotional rights at any time
-
Take legal action where an Affiliate’s actions cause reputational, financial, or operational damage
This termination can occur without prejudice and at the sole discretion of Miss World Nigeria.
3.5 No Ownership or Agency
Affiliates:

Are not employees, partners, or legal representatives of Miss World Nigeria
-
Cannot bind Miss World Nigeria to any agreement or obligation
-
Have no ownership over the Miss World Nigeria brand, trademarks, content, or data
-
May not create their own “sub-brands” or pages purporting to be official Miss World Nigeria platforms
All intellectual property and brand rights remain the exclusive property of Miss World Nigeria.
