1. Who can apply for Miss World Nigeria?
Miss World Nigeria is open to Nigerian women between the ages of 18 and 26, who are single, have no children, and meet the official eligibility requirements outlined on our website.
2. How do I register for Miss World Nigeria?
You can register online by visiting www.missworldnigeria.org, clicking on REGISTER, filling out the application form, uploading your required photos, and completing the registration payment.
3. What is the registration fee?
The official registration fee is ₦70,000. While the Early-bird discount is ₦50,000 which closes on December 31, 2025, and price goes back to regular fee of ₦70,000.
Note: Payment validates your registration and is non-refundable.
4. What pictures do I need to upload during registration?
You will be required to upload:
One (1) 5×7 headshot photograph
One (1) full-length photograph in swimwear
Both photos must be clear, recent, and professionally presented.
5. Do I need previous pageant experience to apply?
No. Previous pageant experience is not required. Miss World Nigeria is open to first-time applicants as long as you meet the eligibility criteria.
6. What happens after I register?
Once your registration is complete and verified, shortlisted candidates will be contacted via email or phone with information on auditions, camp, and the next stages of the competition.
7. Is Miss World Nigeria only about physical beauty?
No. Miss World Nigeria is guided by the philosophy of Beauty With a Purpose, which means we look for intelligence, purpose, leadership, compassion, confidence, and the ability to create positive change.
8. Will there be auditions and a camp?
Yes. Selected applicants will go through:
Physical and/or virtual auditions
Camp training sessions
Challenges and evaluations
The Grand Finale event

9. Can I apply if I live outside Nigeria?
Yes, you can apply if you are a Nigerian citizen, even if you live abroad. However, finalists must be physically present in Nigeria for auditions, camp, and the grand finale.
10. Can I apply if I am a previous National Titleholder?
Any individual who has previously held a national title under any Silverbird Group–licensed pageant, including Miss World Nigeria, Mr. World Nigeria, Miss Universe Nigeria, Miss Supranational Nigeria, or Mr. Supranational Nigeria, and has represented Nigeria at a global competition, is not eligible to re-compete in any other Silverbird Group–licensed pageant in the future.
i.e. Past national titleholders of any Silverbird Group–licensed pageant are ineligible to apply for or compete in any other Silverbird pageant again.
11. What is the #100,000 Engagement Fee about?
All delegates are required to pay an Engagement Fee of #100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Naira Only) once selected.
This fee covers:
Official photo shoots and video shoots
Hotel accommodation during camp
Feeding and amenities
Training and mentoring sessions
Transportation (where applicable)
Media tours and interviews
Contestant-focused content creation and distribution
Failure to pay the engagement fee may lead to automatic disqualification.
